Egg Bite Musubi
Slice and cook canned lunch meat on a skillet. Slice your favorite flavor of Egg Bites into 2 evenly horizontal slices, and cook on skillet until cooked to 165ºF internally. Lay sheet of seaweed on a flat surface, place your Musubi Press in the middle of the sheet. Scoop a generous amount cooked rice and layer at the bottom of the Press, and press hard. Add a slice of meat, and 2 slices of Egg Bites on top. Add another rice layer on top of the Egg Bite, and press down hard one more time. Remove Press, and quickly fold over the seaweed sheet to contain the contents of the rice, spam and Egg Bites. Aloha!
