While warming up your Mushroom & Asiago Egg Bites in the microwave for 90 seconds, heat up your tortillas. Once both are heated up, start to assemble tacos with sliced egg bites and add your favorite combos of spinach, tomatoes, cheese, avocado and sour cream. Serve and enjoy!

Stovetop: In small sauté pan with lid, over medium heat, cook egg bites face-down for 1 minute, flip and cover with lid and cook an additional 2 minutes (heat to an internal temp of 165°). Serve and Enjoy!

Waffle Iron: Preheat the waffle iron. Once waffle iron is hot, place egg bites in separate sections of the iron, and cook for 2 minutes (heat to an internal temp of 165°). Carefully remove from waffle iron, serve and Enjoy!
